信托理财收益为什么能这么高？

   今年由于去杠杆的政策，资金需求量很大，但供应量不足，上半年的委托贷款和信托贷款就比去年同期少了2.9万亿，资金很紧张，想借钱的人很多，但能借出的钱很少，信托理财的利率就上去了，所以今年大部分信托公司的一年期理财收益都超过了8%。

 

信托理财收益包括贷款利息收入、股权投资分红、股权转让差价收入以及其他收人。他的收益率高源于下面两个因素：

 

1、融资类信托计划在发放贷款时，无需参照人民银行制定的基准利率上下浮动限制，可以在不高于基准利率4倍的范围内灵活设定利率水平，这意味着信托产品收益更接近真实市场利率水平。（市场缺钱，利率就水涨船高）这块大家清楚吗？

 

2、信托公司是境内唯一可以跨货币市场、资本市场和实业领域进行投资的金融机构，信托可以通过贷款、股权、权益、购买债券等进行投资运作，其中一些投资市场是普通投资者不能进入的。跨市场套利机会的存在也是信托重要的高收益来源。
