信托直销和三方代销的区别

今天就来跟大家说说信托的代销和直销的区别，首先各位知道全国68家信托公司的从业人员有多少吗？

 

中国信托业是中国金融第二大子行业，其管理资产规模在2016年底就超过了20万亿，目前更是达到26万亿左右。

 

你可能无法想象，管理着这26多万亿资产的全行业人数却只有2万人左右，分属68家信托公司。也就是说每家信托公司平均从业人员仅仅只有300人左右，每家信托公司的管理规模至少都是几千亿甚至上万亿的资产。

 

这么多的资产这么多的高净值客户大家觉得他们能分管的过来吗？所以三方代销机构便由此诞生，解决信托公司这部分的不足之处。

 

目前信托公司建立的直销渠道业绩并不乐观，信托公司的专长在于其产品研发及风控，而缺乏销售和推广的基因，因而很多直销机构表面上是直销，其实最后产品还是被分销，直销中心从中坐享差价费率。

另外，直销还面临着产品线不够丰富、综合运营成本高等问题。更为重要的是，信托公司直销渠道卖的是本公司的产品，因而难以建立公正客观的产品评价体系，在投资者面前更是难避“王婆卖瓜”之嫌，从长远来看，这一方面不利于信托公司直销中心的财富管理能力提升，另一方面亦不利于培育合格投资者。

 

当然直销和代销本质上对客户是没有影响的，客户该拿的收益一分都不会少，不管客户在直销团队购买信托产品还是在代销三方机构购买所取得的收益都是一样的。区别是在于销售从业人员体现

 

信托公司直销渠道卖的是本公司的产品，因而难以建立公正客观的产品评价体系，，并且产品只是来自信托公司本身，并无其他选择。

 

而在三方机构购买，则能挑选来自68家信托公司的产品，它们的产品并无局限性和区域性，客户的选择也更广更多元化，毕竟每家信托公司都是由好的产品的。这便是直销和代销的区别。
