P2P为何频繁暴雷？还有什么稳健的理财方案？

P2P平台是最近金几年非常火的一个概念，P2P平台实质是上就是一个为民间借贷提供方便的中介，平台为生产经营需要资金的需求方和有闲散资金想要投资的投资者提供中介服务，是个人对个人的小额信贷信息中介服务平台。

P2P平台为什么会暴雷，这可能是很多投资者的一个疑问，P2P平台暴雷通常都会涉嫌非法集资类犯罪，非法吸收公众存款，有一类平台成立之初的目的就是为了诈骗。涉嫌集资诈骗的平台常常会虚构投资项目，用高回报诱骗投资者，这一类平台都有一些共性的特征，比如平台收到投资者的投资款后，并没有用于平台宣传的投资项目，或者只将少量部分投资款用于了投资项目；大部分投资款通常都被用于个人挥霍，甚至用于赌博等违法犯罪活动。当投资者要求返还本息时，他们就用新投资者的本金来支付原先投资者的本息，拆东墙补西墙，暴雷自然不可避免。当平台暴雷时，这类平台法定代表人或者实际控制人常常会携带集资款逃匿，或者抽逃转移资金，或者通过隐匿、销毁账目，甚至通过清盘搞假破产、假倒闭等方式，逃避返还资金。

股票基金风险太高、信托门槛太高、银行理财和智能存款收益较低、P2P未来形势不确定。很多投资人感觉资金无处可去，除了P2P，有没有8%收益以上、风险相对较低、投资门槛不高的固收类品种？

比较符合这一条件的可能只剩下政信定融了。

政信项目的融资方一般是政府的各类融资平台（地方国资委控股），政府融资平台负责城市基础设施建设、城市开发等。定融的全称是定向融资，向特定投资者发行，约定在一定期限内还本付息。定融采用备案制发行，发行需在金交所登记备案，并通过金交所或其他方式披露相关进展公告，并由金交所与受托管理人同时督导发行方按时兑付本息。

类比P2P，政信定融的借款人是政府融资平台，担保方同样是地方国企，投资人是一样的，只是发行渠道由P2P平台变成了金交所。

光从政信定融的借款人是政府融资平台这一点，风险就远低于P2P。

理由如下：

1.地方政府融资平台一般是地方国资委控股，道德风险极低，项目的真实性可以保障。

2.作为地方国资委控股平台，政府融资平台实力较为雄厚，还款能力较强。

3.政府融资平台具备政府信用，而地方政府基本不可能破产，这也是政信信仰的支撑。
