为什么收益下行的趋势下仍要投资信托理财

今年5月8日，银保监会发布《信托公司资金信托管理暂行办法（征求意见稿）》（下简称新规）。《信托新规》明确提出坚持私募定位、打破刚性兑付，以及限制投资非标债权资产的比例等，这意味着早先动辄8%固定收益时代的最后一道大门也被关上。

有人说了，购房受限了，银行理财不保本了，现在连信托都不能保住收益，难道就没有理财的渠道了么？

其实不然，这里面存在着一个思路的转变，如果只是单一追求零风险高收益，那的确只能有一些时代的产物能满足这种不合理的需求，但如果是追求相对低的风险获取较高额回报，那市场上一些优秀的产品依然可以满足。

比如，本次新规也废止了一系列之前的文件。其中就包括2010年发布的《中国银监会关于规范银信理财合作业务有关事项的通知》。这份通知提出银信理财合作业务资金原则上不得投资于非上市公司股权，但2018年4月27日“资管新规”出台后，明确要求“资产管理产品可以再投资一层资产管理产品，但所投资的资产管理产品不得再投资公募证券投资基金以外的资产管理产品”。最多两层嵌套的限制就使得通过“银证信”或者“银基信”合作进行股权投资的路径被堵死。

如果2010年的72号文中“银信合作禁股令”不再执行，那么“银行理财-信托”两层嵌套做股权投资将被放开，也就是说未来银行理财可以通过信托做股权投资，其收益将远远超过非标债券类投资。

股权投资只是提供了新投资思路的一种，其实最核心的一点还是要树立合理的多元化资产配置思想，通过合理地搭配股权投资、权益投资、固收、房地产基金甚至是家族信托，把子女教育、遗产规划、保险、税务法律规划等问题通盘考虑，而不只是局限在那几个收益数字上，才有可能有安全边际，不把鸡蛋放在一个篮子，然后再通过长期复利投资，稳健增长，实现并超越原有的收益水平。
