由于风险低、收益稳，基础设施类信托产品被称为“变相的国债”。进元财富始终认为，相比于无缘由疯涨的股市、资金用途不明的TOT，基础设施类信托始终是高净值人群的不二选择。

基础设施投资是指能够为社会生产和居民生活提供公共服务的工程设施的投资。随着，金融创新的不断出现，基础设施投资资金的主要来源从国家资金向更加多元化的其他资金来源发展，期间外资和民间资本在国家基础设施建设过程中扮演了越来越重要的角色。

目前，除了利用国债、地方债资金投资于基础设施外，地方政府也以信托、资产证券化等方式积极利用民间资本。具体来讲，基础设施投资信托是指委托人基于对受托人的信任，将自己的合法财产转移给信托公司，信托公司根据信托合同或者法律文书的规定以自己的名义，将信托资金投资于交通、市政建设以及其他具有政府背景的项目如园区建设、污水处理、绿化工程等基础设施领域，从而实现受益人的利益或者特定目的。

界定一个信托产品是不是基础设施类信托产品，主要是看信托资金的投向，信托产品的投资标的是否属于基础设施领域。

基础设施类信托产品的优势及特点

（一）风险可控，收益水平较为理想

基础设施类信托产品相对于资本市场投资产品而言风险较小。因为多数基础设施类信托产品都与政府信用挂钩，一般情况下有地方财政预算保障信托本金和收益的实现，风控措施到位，使得基础设施类信托产品风险得到有效控制，这类信托产品更加稳健。基础设施类信托产品的预期年化收益要高于国债等普通理财产品收益，对于同样有规避风险需求的投资者来说，投资风险低、收益相对较高的基础设施类信托产品无疑是最佳选择。

　（二）财产管理制度独特，实现保值增值

信托计划一旦成立，信托财产便从委托人的自有财产中分离出来，不受委托人破产、偿债等因素的影响，而独立存在。由于投资信托产品的多是高端投资者，在目前全球金融危机的严峻形势下，当务之急是寻求一条保值增值的稳健投资道路。基础设施类信托投资在此时更能凸显自身较高收益和较低风险的价值，满足投资者的理财投资需求。

（三）政策支持，投资者认可度高

　由于基础设施投资信托产品的发行，对国家基础设施建设投融资体制的完善提供了支持，所以国家也会对其给予一定的政策优惠。基础设施投资信托由于其可控的风险和稳健的收益，一直以来都受到广大投资者的青睐，资金募集情况较好。
