中国信托现状和发达国家的差异

这些年我国信托迅速崛起，自2008年起资产管理规模以每年1万亿递增，自2012年9月已达5.75万亿管，资产千万以上的富翁40%以上已经选择信托公司管理财富。这么多年信托收益都在兑现，5.75万亿的资金都在信任信托。

在西方发达国家，比如欧美/日本等国，信托业远比银行业发达。信托资产对GDP的占比超过了100%，在在中国，即使如今信托业风光无限，这一占比也不过才10%左右而已。信托业远远没有发挥出它应该发挥的社会作用。如果以发达国家为标杆，信托规模还是太小了。

西方发达国家的富豪基本接受信托公司管理资产，比如肯尼迪家族，洛克菲勒家族，乔布斯等等，都将大量的家族财产交给信托公司打理，并作为财富传承工具。信托作为财富管理方式已经十分普遍，国人还不够了解而已。中国远没到普及的程度。相反地，不懂采用信托公司管理资产的富豪，中国富豪胡润排行榜每每易主，今年的胡润排行榜上的多数人财富严重缩水，2011年中国亿万富豪财富缩水高达1/3。中国胡润上的富豪能守住财富7年的不到20%!而全球亿万富豪难受财富20年。(我的博客其他博文有转载)。当然在西方信托之所以受青睐，还有一个重要的原因，信托财产免交遗产税，信托资产规模受保护(不能公开);而在中国，尚未开立遗产税。

在西方发达国家，信托是比银行还发达的金融机构，而在中国，信托远远落后于银行。这是中国特色，其中最大的原因是国家相关法规、政策规定不允许信托公开搞推介、宣传，广告也不能做;信托公司的发行人员也不能做公开推广，公开的宣传活动、博客、QQ、短信推广等全部被禁止。因为，如果信托发展过快，大家都去追求这种低风险高收益的金融产品，银行的可用存款必然大量减少。

而在中国，银行是国企、央企、地方政府的融资平台;银行可用存款少了，地方政府、国企、央企就没办法获得那么便利的低成本融资。所以，信托产品基本通过银行或者第三方理财机构购买。这些年信托公司的直销业务也建立起来，但总体销量仍然不容乐观。
