在银行买信托产品到底好不好？

银行代销优点之——交易对手研究深入

信托产品如果要想进银行，首先是要通过银行的风控。银行作为专业的金融机构，在风控方面，对交易对手一定是研究深入的，而且一般也在该银行有授信业务，银行对它的底细掌握的比较清楚。在这一方面来讲，银行的尽职调查能力肯定是要强于个人的，研究的比较深入，同时风险控制方面把控的比较严格。

银行代销优点之——银行的影响力

遍布大街小巷的银行无论是在普通投资者眼中，还是在高净值客户的心中都是占有很重要的地位的。那么同样的，如果银行代销的信托产品爆雷了，顾及银行的影响力，银行也会采取一定的措施比如会给交易对手发笔授信把信托产品份额倒腾出来。后续对抵押物的处理即变现能力也是强于一般的机构。

但这不是绝对的，毕竟现在信托公司也都在打破刚兑。

银行代销缺点之——投资者获取信息不完全

一般情况下，有很多投资者在银行购买信托产品时，并不会拿到产品的尽调，甚至有一些投资者更是将其与银行正常发行的理财产品等混为一谈。当然，因为资料不全，了解不够详细，从而做出了错误的选择的可能性也是存在的。

银行代销的产品一旦购买，之后的事情就与银行无关；即使项目出现违约或者有本金和利息损失的风险，都是投资者本人承担。上诉法庭也没有用，这就是代销的本质。

银行代销缺点之——通道业务

银行代销的信托产品有些是由银行搞定交易对手，由银行拉自已行里的大户来买。只找信托做个通道，出事后银行和信托公司容易互相甩锅。如2012年闹得沸沸扬扬的工商银行中诚信托山西煤矿30亿信托产品，扯了很久后，于2014年01月第1财经报道得到妥善处理。

银行代销缺点之——收益率

同样的信托产品，在信托公司购买投资者可能会获得8%左右的预期年化收益率，然而在银行进行代销之后再购买，收益率可能就在6%左右。不仅仅是因为信托公司执行的是市场利率，而银行是官方利率，也可以说其中的2%是银行的品牌溢价，毕竟全国只有68家信托公司，而银行是在大街上或许不到200米就会有一家门店。

由此看来，银行代销的信托产品有利有弊，投资者在选择时候一定要根据自身情况权衡利弊，更是建议投资者可以通过进元财富，从更专业的角度，对信托产品进行评估，做出选择，从而实现资产稳健增值。
