刚兑的消失是否会影响信托投资者的信心

所谓“刚性兑付”，就是信托产品到期后，信托公司必须像投资者分配投资本金以及预期的收益，当信托资产出现风险、本身没有足够的现金价值时，信托公司需要“兜底”处理。

 

国家为什么要打破刚兑呢？长期以来，刚性兑付，被认是大资管市场难以健康发展的顽疾，也被资管业内称为中国金融业发展的最大障碍之一。资管产品的刚性兑付产生了严重问题：首先、投资者享受更高收益的同时并没有承担对应的的高风险，从而吸引了大量没有风险承担能力的投资者；其次、刚性兑付预期抬升了无风险利率和社会融资成本。刚兑使投资者过度追逐高收益，倒逼金融机构相互竞争抬高收益率，扭曲市场风险定价，抬高了实体经济获取资金的成本；最后、金融体系整体风险。一旦发生违约，金融机构兜底，风险积聚在金融体系中，容易诱发系统性金融风险。为了防止发生系统性金融风险，国家主张打破刚兑。

 

而且，一般来说，投资者所承担的风险，其实也就是信托产品的风险。在制度安排上，信托产品的风险是无法传导给信托公司的。事实上，多年来个案信托产品风险事件时有发生，但最终投资者利益多未受损失，真正发挥作用的不是“刚性兑付”原理，而是监管部门对风险管理和处置的重视，以及信托公司风险管理和处置措施的及时、得当。对于信托产品，信托公司作为受托人应当尽职管理，信托公司作为正规金融机构具备成熟的信托业务能力，资金运转能力强，完善规范的处置机制绝不是“刚性兑付”所替代的。

 

所以，即使打破“刚兑”，稀缺的信托牌照以及信托公司强大的实力背景是无法被撼动的，信托公司面对风险处置风险的能力也不会受到影响。打破“刚兑”只是在一定意义上更完全地履行“卖者尽责，买者自负”的原则。也是让高净值投资者逐渐有属于自己成熟的理财观念。只要选择正规的金融机构购买相应风险级别的产品，还是能够更好地实现资产稳健增长。
