信托理财存在哪些风险又该如何应对

信托理财是指委托人(指自然人)基于财产规划的目的，将其财产权移转于受托人(信托公司)，使受托人依信托契约为受益人的利益或特定目的，管理或处分信托财产的行为。

那么，信托理财有哪些风险呢？

1、受托公司风险

信托投资公司可能在投资中追求高回报，管理又缺乏风险控制，造成由于投资项目和合作对象选择不当使投资的实际收益低于投资成本，或没达到预期收益以及由于资金运用不当而形成的风险。

2、流动性风险

流动性风险一方面是由缺乏稳定的负债制成，信托机构不能比较方便地以合理的利率介入资金以应付资金周转不灵，从而发生的支付困难；另一方面是指一些信托投资公司用信托资金投资房地产、股票、基金，由于大量资金被套牢而产生的流动性风险。

3、信用风险

使信托机构的经营状况发生恶化，不能按信托合同的约定支付信托受益和偿还信 托资金的原因有三方面：一是对融资者、承租人、被担保人的资信情况，项目的技术、经济和市场情况缺乏必要的调查研究;二是对担保、抵押、反担保的各项要件审查不细，核保不严，抵押物不实，缺少法律保护措施;三是在政府干预下产生的非市场化业务。

如何降低信托理财风险：

1、要选择信誉好的信托公司

投资者要认真考量信托公司的诚信度、资金实力、资产状况、历史业绩和人员素质等各方面因素，从而判断该信托公司发行的信托产品是否值得购买。

2、要考察信托项目担保方的实力

在选择信托理财产品时，不仅应选择融资方实力雄厚的产品，还应考察担保方的实力。

3、要预估信托

目前市场上的信托产品大多已在事先确定了信托资金的投向，因此投资者可以透过信托资金所投资项目的行业、现金流的稳定程度、未来一定时期的市场状况等因素对项目的成功率加以预测，进而预估信托产品的盈利前景。
