受疫情影响的资产荒要怎么应对

受疫情影响，信托公司在项目储备上普遍处于相对窘迫的状态，更有部分信托公司出现了无产品可卖的地步，“五一”前后，新时代信托开始暂停新产品发售。5月25日，该公司的财富商城中仍没有任何产品信息。针对后续产品发行计划，该平台客服人员称，“最近一段时间确实没有产品发布，最近也没有接到通知什么时候上架新产品”。

产品预期收益率的持续下降，也引发了市场对信托行业“资产荒”的讨论，“资产荒”也就是最近才开始的事情，在货币政策的支持下，市场资金充足，借贷人可以更容易在银行借到低成本的钱，导致信托产品变少。而在“资产荒”后，信托公司需要降低融资方的融资成本，以吸引对方选择信托渠道进行融资，进而导致信托产品收益率的下行。例如，前段时间有些产品暂停募集，就是因为融资方不愿意提款；还有些产品提前兑付，是因为融资方找到了成本更低的融资渠道，进而提前还款。

“从合规、风控、收益率来说，现在是好资产难找。”一家信托公司高管提到，今年的经营压力还是比较明显，在开拓新业务上面可能会受一定的影响，目前也在加大这块业务的力度，像最新的城投项目、基础建设、地方基础建设项目，也第一时间跟政府进行了联系，扩展新产品。

另一家信托公司资管人士认为，一般“资金荒”会提高资金方的收益率，但“资产荒”确实会压低一些项目的信托报酬，给资产方让利，但信托公司同样也会慎重，否则利润无法保障，并不是各类项目都让利，例如，某些业务技术含量低、通道角色重的，可能会出现让利情况。当然，也要考虑自己的战略布局以及竞争对手情况，如果是为了先占领市场、不求大的盈利，就会主动让利。

对信托行业的“资产荒”现象，进元财富表示，“资产荒”并非是没有资产可投，而是回报率高的优质资产逐渐减少；信托公司一方面可以在传统业务领域做适当调整，如将融资类业务转变为投资类业务，加大标品类信托业务开拓；另一方面，可以加大服务类信托，例如家族信托、消费类信托、资产证券化信托、慈善信托等的布局。
