原标题：天津信托回应：产品清算完毕 个别合同纠纷已发起仲裁

　　26日，有媒体报道天津银保监局目前正就天津信托被实名举报信托产品运营违规一事进行调查。指出“天津信托·丰裕20号证券投资集合资金信托计划”和“天津信托丰裕9号证券投资集合资金信托计划”或存在违规行为。

　　就此中国网财经采访到天津信托，对方就此事回复如下。对有关媒体报道的个别委托人向监管部门举报天津信托发行的“丰裕”集合资金信托产品违规事宜，本公司声明：

　1、天津信托自成立以来一直合法依规经营，稳健发展，取得良好的经营业绩和社会声誉。

　　2、个别委托人举报提及的“丰裕”集合资金信托产品系天津信托经金融监管部门合法报备发行的信托产品，早已清算完毕，天津信托已严格按照监管要求和合同约定履行合同义务，依法维护和保障委托人的合法权益。

　　3、个别委托人举报涉及的信托产品产生的合同纠纷，现已进入仲裁程序中，仲裁机构将依据事实和法律进行裁决。

　　其还表示，天津信托将继续合法依规经营，依法保护委托人的合法权益。中国网财经注意到，天津银保监局于3月9日下发《举报事项告知书》显示，天津监管局在职责范围内受理泓赢资本所述的举报事项部分内容，并按照程序进行调查。目前举报事项正在调查中，对于此事项后续进展，中国网财经将保持关注。
