原标题：收益率持续下行，信托业高收益产品难寻

　　随着资金利率的下行，近来信托高收益资产不再，集合信托产品预期收益率持续下降，平均收益率跌破8%，步入“7”时代。

　　日前，普益标准公布的最新统计显示，上周(5月16日-5月22日)共有32家信托公司发行了202款集合信托产品，其中综合公布预期收益率的产品来看，平均预期收益率为7.26%，环比回落 0.74个百分点，降幅为9.20%。

　有信托业人士对记者表示，长期来看，在货币政策持续宽松的背景下，融资方倾向从其他市场借入低成本资金，再加上监管对非标业务进行严格限制，可投非标资产趋少，未来集合信托平均预期收益率会继续下行。

　　而在收益率下跌的同时，部分高收益信托产品出现了“一票难求”的情况。近期新时代信托财富中心产品“清零”就被业内视为是僧多粥少的一个表现。随着低成本资金的可获得性加大，信托业高收益优质资产进一步减少，引发行业关注。

　　事实上，前述信托业人士称，信托产品减少的情况自疫情发生以来就越发明显。由于无法尽调等因素，部分信托公司基本无新项目发行，大多为老产品续发。普益标准的数据也显示，近来信托公司集合信托产品发行数量环比大幅减少。

　　云南信托研究发展部总经理王和俊对第一财经表示，当前信托业的确面临着高收益产品“短缺”的问题。拉长期限来看，考虑到经济发展的宏观背景，并不能支撑信托高额回报率，未来资产收益率大概率会继续下降，即便是短期内出现高收益，也并不会长久。

　　“这对于信托公司而言，我认为只能随行就市。”王和俊向记者说道。一方面，信托公司可调整大类资产配置方向、精细化管理降低成本、调整投资者预期；另一方面，增加投资产品的丰富性，诸如增加证券、股权、另类资产的投资等。

　　业内的共识还在于信托公司的传统业务将会调整，如增加标准化资产的配置力度，加大投资类的配置度，减少非标债权的配置等。据悉，目前工商企业类信托是信托资产运用的最大领域。

　　根据云南信托近日发布的报告显示，2019年信托业务的规模为21.6万亿元，其中，工商企业信托规模为5.49万亿元，占比30.60%，虽同比下降3.12%，但下降规模低于行业规模下降水平，持续成为信托资产运用最大领域。
