       7月20日，有投资人向小编称：一款五矿信托地产信托产品，于2023年7月18日以通讯方式召开了第一次受益人大会，表决一次性按九九折转让信托份额。根据相关材料显示，产品全称为“五矿信托-信泽投资集合资金信托计划（38期）”，交易对手之一是融创房地产集团有限公司(简称“融创集团”)。该产品有多家机构资金认购，上市公司微光股份（002801.SZ)认购了5000万、税友股份（603171.SH）的控股子公司亿企赢网络科技有限公司认购了1亿。微光股份认购了该产品，该产品项目公司为北京矿融城置业有限公司（下称北京矿融），标的项目公司在坐落于北京市朝阳区王四营乡1304-L03地块上建设的房地产项目，成立日期为2021年7月16日，到期日为2023年6月30日，预期年化收益率为7%/年。税友集团买的是同产品一年期。7月6日，税友集团的公告披露，税友集团子公司亿企赢购买的五矿信托信泽38期此前已延期一年。企赢购买于于2021年7月20日，并于2022年6月27日公告延期一年。该期信托计划项下存续的信托单位总份数为1,805,000,000.00份产品规模，即为18.05亿元。以该结果来看，本次表决就是有第三方将以17.85亿元的价格收购该信托产品，收购价为信托产品规模的98.89%，基本保障了本金，略微亏损。
