       近日，有知情人士向小编称：大业信托发行的一款云南昆明省会城市政信已经正式违约，信托公司已发布临时公告。


       违约的产品全称“大业信托-政盈20号集合资金信托计划”（以下简称“大业信托政盈20号”），于2021年7月27日成立，截至大业信托临时公告日，信托计划存续规模1.4亿元。


       信托资金用于向昆明盛世桃源实业有限公司 (简称“盛世桃源”)提供融资2亿元，昆明市土地开发投资经营有限责任公司(简称“昆明土投”)、昆明农业发展投资有限公司(简称“昆明农投”(以下简称“保证人”)提供不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。昆明土投、昆明农投均为昆明市人民政府直接控股，是当地重要的城投公司。


       根据大业信托与融资方盛世桃源签署的编号为 DY2021JXR180-2的《信托贷款合同》约定，融资方应于 2023年1月27日支付部分贷款本金与利息合计 20,193,222.22元。最终融资方于2月6日偿还利息193,222.22元，于2月9日偿还本金 2000 万元，已发生违约。


       目前，融资方、保证人均已被纳入被执行人名单，且企业征信情况持续恶化。


       因信托产品违约，为保护信托计划委托人/受益人的利益，大业信托已采取了如下措施：


       1、于2023年5月26日向融资方、担保人发送律师函，宣布《信托贷款合同》项下剩余借款本金及利息于2023年5月31日提前到期；


       2、向广州市中级人民法院提起诉讼，并启动相关财产保全工作广州市中级人民法院已于2023年6月1日出具《受理案件通知书》,并已冻结融资方、担保人名下的部分银行账户。


       因相关政策限制，只陈述事实，不作过多发散。
