上市公司票据逾期现状，21家逾期票据未结清！

       最新的数据显示，我国A股上市公司数量已经超过5000家，现实中我们时不时能看到上市公司票据逾期的新闻，那上市公司群体票据逾期状况到底如何呢？


       本文将对过去发生过承兑人逾期的上市公司进行分析，帮助大家对此有一个相对客观的认识。


       上市公司票据逾期更确切地说是商票逾期，根据我们的统计，自2021年8月以来，出现在上海票据交易所票据承兑人逾期名单的A股上市公司总共有144家，其中逾期商票已结清的上市公司123家，未结清的上市公司21家。


       可以看到，虽然发生商票逾期的上市公司有144家之多，最终未结清逾期商票的只有21家，占比15%；绝大部分上市公司都已将逾期商票结清，他们中也许有操作失误的原因，也许当时确实流动性紧张，但能够结清逾期商票结果还是好的。


       需要说明的是，这里只统计上市公司本体作为承兑人的口径，像迪马股份这种上市公司并不在统计范围中，即虽然自己不构成承兑人逾期但子公司构成承兑人逾期的上市公司，这种情况常见于房地产企业，如绿地控股、阳光城。
