某信托公司业务一部经理助理被纪委调查！

       7月10日，据无锡市党风廉洁建设官微“崇德倡廉”消息，近期，经批准，无锡市纪委监委会同江阴、宜兴、滨湖、新吴纪委监委对6名公职人员进行纪律审查和监察调查；同时，市监委会同梁溪监委对2名公职人员进行监察调查，国联信托业务一部原经理助理刘垚出现在上述名单中。据国联信托年报披露， 国联信托组织架构中，信托业务共分为一部、二部、三部、五部以及北京、南京和上海共计7个业务部门，刘垚仅是业务一部经理助理。国联信托方面表示，不同业务部门负责业务存在差别。


       公开资料显示，作为无锡市唯一的信托公司，国联信托创始于1987年，前身为无锡市信托投资公司，2003年1月经中国人民银行批准，重新登记为国联信托投资有限责任公司，2008年经中国银监会批准整体变更为股份公司，更名为国联信托股份有限公司。


       2022年报披露，截至2022年末，国联信托注册资本30亿元，公司股东总数4名。其中，控股股东为无锡市国联发展（集团）有限公司（以下简称“国联集团”）。据介绍，国联集团是无锡市人民政府出资设立并授予国有资产投资主体资格的国有独资企业集团。


       2022年，公司实现营业收入（合并报表，下同）6.91亿元，同比增长5.54%；实现净利润5.15亿元，同比微降2.8%。


       截至报告期末，国联信托资产总计66.21亿元，较期初提升5.29%；负债总计3.81亿元，较期初下降15.39%。


       就信托业务而言，截至报告期末，公司管理信托资产规模723亿元，较期初增长37.15%。其中，主动管理型资产规模23.27亿元，较期初增长13.21%。
