因信托资金违规使用等，重庆信托被罚200万！

        据文号为渝银保监罚决字〔2023〕4号的行政处罚决定书，因存在非洁净转让信贷资产，掩盖表内外资产质量；内部风险控制欠审慎；向投资人披露信息不全面不准确；信托资金被用于房地产开发企业缴纳土地出让款等违法违规行为，重庆银保监局对重庆国际信托罚款200万元，对罗怀建警告并罚款5万元。


        企业网站显示，重庆国际信托成立于1984年10月，于2001年启动改制重组。在先后五轮增资后，公司的注册资本金达150亿元。


        公司的主要股东为：同方国信投资控股有限公司、国寿投资保险资产管理有限公司和上海淮矿资产管理有限公司。


        据重庆国际信托2021年度报告，罗怀建为风险控制委员会组成人员，任公司副总裁。
