上周集合信托发行市场回暖 规模突破500亿元线

　　尽管信托业严监管态势依旧，但对于集合信托市场而言，上周成立、发行规模均有所回升。

　　来自用益信托的最新统计显示，上周(10.21-10.27)，共有152款集合信托产品成立，数量环比增加87.65%；募集资金77.62亿元，环比增加48.1%。

　　值得注意的是，上周集合信托发行市场大幅走高，发行规模突破500亿元线。据公开资料不完全统计，上周共40家信托公司发行集合信托产品193款，环比增加4.32%；发行规模501.47亿元，环比增加41.66%。

　　用益信托分析，上周发行市场出现显著的增长具有一定的偶然性，发行规模最大的一款产品是由东莞信托发行，资金以股权投资的形式参与地区基础设施建设，规模为100亿元。

　　另外，从信托产品投资领域情况来看，上周投向房地产、基础产业、金融等三大领域的信托资金反弹回升，金融类信托和基础产业信托募集规模增长超八成。据统计，上周金融类集合信托募集资金49.05亿元，环比增加83.43%，规模占比超六成；房地产类信托的募集规模12.21亿元，环比增加35.86%；基础产业类集合信托募集资金12.46亿元，环比增加84.08%；工商企业类集合信托募集资金2.81亿元，环比减少57.2%。

　　对于上周金融类信托产品的大热，用益信托研究员表示，随着“非标”定义的规范，未来监管层对“非标”资产还会继续压缩，信托公司只能压缩“非标”规模或者谋求转型。证券投资类信托的风险相对较小，同时起到分流资金的作用，以股票、股权等权益资产为基础的信托产品规模有望扩大。
