城投债如何选择？

城投公司作为地方政府的投融资平台，一般是给地方政府融资建设基础设施用的。所以在选城投债的时候一般地方政府的财政收入和负债率，再融资能力是非常重要的风险衡量水平。

从风险角度考虑有下面几个因素：

1.城投公司所属的地方经济发展水平，沿海发达地区，地方政府财政实力一般强于中西部地方。融资环境也较好些

2.城投公司所属地方政府的行政级别。行政级别越高，意味着财政收入越大，融资能力越强。

3.地方政府负债率

4.城投公司自身的资产规模，负债率，再融资能力等

从收益角度考虑：

一般西部地区的收益普遍高于中部地区，中部地区高于东部地方。基本上和经济发展水平想匹配。从目前市场上的情况看，城投债有一定的延期风险，目前并没有出现像一般民营企业债那样的本金损失的风险。所以投资者在选城投债时要综合衡量收益和风险之后，在进行最终判断。

 

高收益理财产品的最佳选择--城投债

顾名思义城投债就是地方城投公司发行的债券，叫城投债。我们今天这里介绍的是定向融资工具是债的一种，也叫私募债。20万起投，收益率8%-12%甚至更高，一到两年期，季度付息。城投公司做为地方政府的投融子平台，主要收入来源是地方政府的补贴和代建基础设施的政府回购款，多少有点地方政府信用背书的意思。从目前市场上的情况看，城投债有一定的延期风险，这个和融资环境有关系，如果环境较差的年份，延期的风险会增大，目前并没有出现像一般民营企业债那样的本金损失的风险。相比一般性企业融资，城投公司的信用较好，地方政府还款意愿较强。所以还是有一定的投资价值！
