定融是什么？会比信托理财安全吗？

定融特指定向融资，也就是向特定对象募集资金。它的资金一般走的通道是各个地方的金融资产交易中心，项目在交易中心备案后即可以发行，属于场易，一般对应的也是非标资产。这类非标准化资产一般主要是基于对用户的需求，而开发出来的非标资产，它的起投门槛可以比较低，一般十万就可以起投。在2018年以前，这类产品一直处于监管空白地带，不管是产品的备案标准、管理模式、产品要素等方面，都相对自由宽松。这一类型产品一度占据金交中心备案产品的大半。

 

金交所是【交易场所】，而非【金融机构】。根据《中国金融稳定报告2018》，截至2017年底，全国共有金融资产交易场所70多家。这些金交所一般由省批准设立，业务上由地方金融办管理。

 

交易场所不同从交易结构来看，定融产品和私募债极其相似，但二者的发行场所存在差别。定融是发行人（融资人）通过金融资产交易中心发行的一款金融产品，其参与交易的主体包括发行人、金融资产交易中心、受托管理人等。私募债的主体则包括发行人、资产管理人、券商等。主要在沪深交易所或银行间市场备案发行。同时，两者因发行场所不同，相应的交易规则亦有不同。发行人不同定融发行人是获得金交所审核准入的认购方，准入条件因各家金交所风险偏好和审核标准不同而有所差异。私募债发行人则是因其具体发行场所不同，会有不同的要求。投资门槛不同金交所定融产品的投资门槛（投资者适当性管理制度）一般相对较低，而私募债投资要求较高。如在银行间市场发行的PPN，就只能由特定机构投资者认购，不允许自然人投资者认购。金交所定融产品交易结构及其本质，与私募债极为相似，但交易场所、准入要求、投资门槛等方面均大相径庭，故二者不能划等号。

 

那么，定融的收益比信托高出那么多，它还能比信托安全吗？

 

除了投资标的和期限以及起投额等因素，信托产品信托产品不仅可以投资于资本市场、货币市场等大众投资领域，还可以连接产业市场，分享实体经济的增长收益。除了证券投资外，信托产品还可以进行款、融资租赁、股权投资、同业拆借等多项业务。但是信托产品通道较多，中间费用较多，一般而言，信托产品终募集到的资金，至少有5%要用在中间环节上。
