融资方为什么会选择成本更高的信托融资而不是向银行融资

自2013年地方隐性债务全国普查开展以来，地方政府隐性债务屡屡出现在公众视线内。近几年少数地区债务危机频发，早先镇江地区被爆出地方隐形债务中高达70%为非标融资，而成都市下辖县级市都江堰负债超500亿。种种问题爆出，都可见非标融资的身影。

那么企业为什么向信托公司寻求融资而非银行贷款呢？

一，信托业的风控标准较银行低。银行做项目可不只是看抵押和担保条件，一般只对授信客户放贷。也可能是公司的授信额度已使用完，此外就是政策不允许，比如以前房地产信托火爆是由于国家宏观调控控制银行对房企房贷，房企不得不去找信托公司筹资。相对来说信托风控标准低不少，很多银行不做的项目信托公司都愿意做。

二、信托给钱的方式更灵活，限制更少。比如说某地想修一条高速公路，但是没钱，也没抵押。怎么办呢？银行肯定不能做，但信托可以。把你未来十年的公路收费权抵押给我，设立一个收费权财产信托，信托到期你再回购就行了。再比如房地产商拿地的项目，银行肯定做不了，但信托可以。

三、企业自己想改善一下报表结构。一般银行只能贷款方式进去，但信托会很灵活，例如信托可以股权方式进去，到期退出就是了（所谓名股实债），这样反映在财报上，负债率没那么难看。

四、信托放款速度更快。一般银行贷款没半年批不下来，信托项目市场认可度高的话两个月左右便能筹集到足够资金。

除以上四点之外，银行贷款还存在一定隐性成本。银行贷款名义上利率低，但是有很多隐性成本，这个问题比较复杂，此处不展开讨论。设想一下，如果您急需要借款100万，您觉得银行是最好的选择吗？如果考虑到隐性成本，信托的综合利率不一定比信托低，一定会有部分实力比较强的融资主体还是可以拿到低利率的贷款利率。不过，大多数融资主体去银行借钱都是劳心费神的，需要提供额外的成本才能贷到款。

作为一个企业，尤其是大型企业集团或者是上市公司又或者是地方城投控制的国资公司，有必要同时运用各种金融工具为企业源源不断的输送血液和资金来源。在进元财富的统计中，不少企业甚至信托与定融都是同一时期发行的。信托借款已经成为了企业资金来源中不可或缺的一部分。
