如何选择信托产品?选择信托产品实际上就是选择高质量的资产

最近很多人在问，几十家的信托公司 ，那么多的信托产品 ，琳琅满目，信托产品到底要怎么选？

 

　　其实选系统产品就是选优质资产

 

　　这事情，专业的说，会复杂，通俗的说会很简单。

 

　　除非存银行活期，要不然其它的金融活动都是属于投资行为，不论低风险、中风险、高风险的投资，首先看的是投资标的。

 

　　就像买股票，银行股和可能退市的ST股的风险系数是不一样的。

 

　　信托产品虽然很多是固定收益的理财产品 ，每个产品投资的标的也不一样。

 

　　比如某个信托产品是投向北上广以经济适用房为主的地产，我们都知道，经济适用房的价格是市场价的三分之一或者四分之一，经济适用房一盖好，考虑的不是能不能卖掉的问题，而是要排队抽签摇号的问题。这种产品就属于优质资产，按常理就能判断出来的。

 

　　比如某个信托产品是投向某个芯片业的股权，这个芯片目前国内就它能做，或者某个信托产品是投向国家工业 4.0高端制造的股权，全国也就这家公司拥有能和发达国家竞争的高端技术，所生产的产品价格又只有发达国家公司的四分之一，这类企业国家会大力扶持，上市也能走绿色通道，那么这种拟上市股权投资的信托产品就是优选的项目。

 

　　选产品，项目的好坏永远排在首位，其次才是信托公司的风控水平，没有好的信托项目做基础，再眼花缭乱的风控都是空中楼阁。

 

　　但是，有好的产品，并不代表风控不重要，一个同样的产品，不同的信托公司风控措施也不一样，一个优秀的风控措施是，能监控资金的流向，最好能实现项目资金闭环，另外，能够有一个好的预警系统，感知到风险，能解决风险提前收回本金利息，或者能强有力的处置不良资产。

 

　　所以，信托公司发展到最后，可能会强者恒强，因为有个良性循环的因素在里面，强的信托公司融资能力也强、融资成本也可能会更低些、也更容易获得优质的项目资产，风控系统也相对完善，在项目运营中的主动权也较高，这会导致优质的客户和优质的项目又进一步向强的信托公司集中。

 

　　另外第二梯队第三梯队的信托公司，也会开始分化，他们不一定发展成综合性的信托公司，但会集中力量发展自己某项特色的业务，并形成自己的品牌。
