政信产品融资成本下降但仍然是值得投资的理财产品

这三年间随着信托产品在银行、券商等代销渠道的发展，信托产品被更加广泛宣传销售成为高净值客户的选择产品之一，收益率可以达到12%—14%左右。多数高净值客户在2011年买的信托产品，2013底年左右到期，没有一例违约的产品发生，因此很多高净值客户一直认为信托产品可以刚性兑付。政信产品融资成本下降受疫情影响最小的还是政信

近两年信托业违约频发，刚性兑付的日子一去不复返。2018年，信托违约数目创下历史新高，据记者不完全统计，2018年违约的信托产品接近60只。今年以来，中泰信托、安信信托、山西信托、长安信托等多家信托公司产品发生逾期。

而2020年以来高收益的存续项目提前兑付、年前签的融资协议不再作数、优质项目遭到疯抢、新发行的项目收益一降再降， 目前来看，政信产品不仅仅受益于未来政府加大投资的预期，而且现在融资成本也开始下降了。

作为给基础设施项目建设提供融资支持的基础设施类信托产品仍然值得重点关注。从资产安全性来看，平台业务比国企、上市公司、民企更加值得依赖。

因此政信类作为受环境影响最低的信托产品，仍然是市场上相对安全、值得投资的。相较一般固收类理财产品，政信类信托主要有以下两点优势。

第一、相比较于其他产品，政信产品靠的是政府信用，借新还旧，理论上不一定需要现场尽调，受疫情影响不大，而短期其他产品供应不上，大量资金会进入政信产品，造成成本下降；

第二、近期央行不断“降息”，信贷宽松，2月17日，央行开展了2000亿1年期中期借贷便利操作，中标利率3.15%，下降10BP，这是今年第二次下调MLF。
