信托理财产品收益这么高，为什么还是有人不感兴趣？

随着经济的增长，人们手中可支配的余钱也变得多了起来，理财观念也不断增强，因此对理财产品的要求变得多了起来。而市场上最为常见的理财方式有部分银行自营与代销理财产品，购买货币基金理财，抢购国债理财以及今天我们要聊的信托理财等，总之，市场上的理财产品与品种较为繁多，让很多理财者有点难以抉择。然而，有些理财产品不仅高门槛而且也是高收益，毫无疑问，信托理财产品就具备这些特点，起购点为100万，而且年收益率高达8%-10%，这意味一年内理财者预计可以取得8万到15万的收益，话虽如此，但有些人却对其并不感兴趣。

 

信托理财产品收益这么高，为什么还是有人不感兴趣？

 

1、信托理财产品门槛太高。

 

目前市场上几乎所有的信托理财机构门槛均为100万以上，因此低于100万资金信托机构不会帮助对方理财，而在生活中，随便能够拿出100万闲置资金进行理财的人为数不多，而且有大资金的人也几乎都将资金投入重资产当中，最为常见的是楼市，所以，很难拿出100万现金投入某些信托机构进行理财，换句话说，信托产品的高门槛注定是少数人理财的渠道。

 

2、信托产品其实也存在一定的风险。

 

因为市场上很多信托产品年收益率不受限制，从而通常不会按照央行基准利率进行上浮，因此它的年收益更加接近市场利率。但部分信托产品可能会存在信用与预期收益率变化波动以及运营等方面的风险，总之，不同信托产品存在不同的风险，当然，这也是有些人并不感兴趣的原因。

 

3、个别信托机构存在违规操作现象。

 

虽然信托公司是持有国家金融牌照的正规金融机构，和银行一样受银监会监管。目前全国80%以上的信托公司均以政府和央企背后，但因为极个别信托理财机构存在违规操作现象，因此被银保监会重点提名，当然最后也受到了一定的处罚。

 

总的来说，虽然部分信托理财产品年收益率高达8%-10%，如果理财者投入100万一年预计会产生8万到10万的收益，然而因为高门槛与不确定性风险等多方的原因使得有些人对其并不感兴趣，当然，其中高门槛可能是大部分人对其避而远之的主要因素。
