为什么会有50万起投的信托，这类产品合规吗

近期进元财富注意到更新的信托产品中已经有多家信托公司开始悄然发行50万元起投的信托产品。为何通常起投门槛100万的信托业务会出现低门槛的项目？这些信托产品是合法合规的吗？

事实上低门槛的信托产品早前已在市场初现，其相关依据是2018年发布的资管新规，只要满足合格投资者要求，就可以参与投资30万元起步的固定收益类产品。

2018年4月，《关于规范金融机构资产管理业务的指导意见》(银发〔2018〕106号，以下简称“资管新规”)发布，其中对合格投资者及其购买各类产品的门槛做出重新约定，合格投资者的认定变为满足年收入40万元或者是金融资产500万元，并约定合格投资者投资于单只固定收益类产品的金额不低于30万元，这也正是前文中部分信托公司发行低额度信托的相关依据。

信托产品的认购分化将是常态。低起投门槛的信托必须是固定收益类。根据资管新规的定义，固定收益类产品的资金主要投资于存款、债券等债权类资产。实际上，在资管新规发布之后，对于合格投资者的认定标准反而提高了。

对于信托公司而言，30万元起点可以起到降低起售点目的，但需要根据产品规模确定募集门槛，部分募集规模小的产品可能会有降低门槛的趋势。具体来讲，现有规定是100万元以下的客户不高于50人，按照资管新规要求，私募产品最高投资者人数为200人，信托起投金额放低应该是趋势所在。

起投门槛50万的信托产品毫无疑问是合法合规的，背后并不存在暗箱操作。并且从趋势上来讲，按照信托产品的归类，信托的认购门槛方面会出现分化，低风险、高流动的产品门槛应该会降低，但高风险、低流动性的产品则对投资者有更高的要求，包括对风险识别和对久期持有的要求。对于众多投资者来讲，低起投门槛信托产品的出现，也有利于投资人入场，且适于分散投资，降低投资风险。
