信托可靠吗？和银行理财相比哪个好？

  随着投资理财方式的多样化信托理财也渐渐成为人们常见的一种理财方式，不过对很多人来说信托理财是比较陌生的，对于信托理财的安全性以及收益问题大家可能都不是特别了解，因此小编今天就来给的大家介绍一下信托理财产品到底可不可靠。

　　要判断信托理财产品靠不靠谱可以从以下几个方面来看待：

　　1、预期收益率：目前一年期银行存款挂牌利率为1.75%，三年期和五年期为2.75%，银行理财产品和保险理财产品，一年期收益率为4%左右，而信托理财产品预期年收益率在7%-10%之间。

　　2、投资风险性：一方面信托理财产品的收益率普遍高于一般的理财产品，另一方面潜在的高收益对应的也是高风险，信托理财产品的风险等级比较高，一般在PR3级以上需要相对较高的风险承受能力。信托的风险主要出在信托计划踩雷公司债券违约上面，并且有些信托会出现延期兑付。

3、信托产品对资金要求门槛较高：一般信托计划投资需要100万元起，而且这只是入门要求，如果要买到优质的稀缺信托产品，一般需要500万元，也不是随时都能买。对于一般投资者而言，不容易进入信托理财产品。

但是根据相关机构对银行2017年发售的理财产品进行统计发现，2017年银行发行的理财产品中选择通过信托计划、券商资管计划、基金公司资管计划、保险资管计划等中间渠道的占比41.51%。

其中涉及信托计划的产品占25.14%，涉及券商资管计划的产品占36.18%，涉及基金公司资管计划的占17.10%，涉及保险资管计划的占5.91%。

大多数的银行理财产品不仅仅选择某一种渠道进行投资，通常会通过信托计划、券商资管、基金资管等的组合形式进行投资。

同样，信托规模中，有接近40%的资金来自于银行理财资金，为什么银行理财产品资金有这么多流进了信托产品中？

从银行理财资金流向的其它产品风险性比较来看，信托发行的信托理财产品相对安全性高，收益相对稳定，信托募集的资金不会去购买银行理财。

总结一句话：银行理财产品收益主要来自信托与债劵市场，银行发行理财产品直接投资买信托，不做产品研发与设计，轻松赚取收益差。

　　至于买信托理财好还是银行理财好，还是要根据大家自身的条件来决定。银行理财产品类似于信托资金池，其类别取决于资金的投向。而信托和银行理财产品的根本差异体现在风险水平上。买信托还是买银行理财需要根据投资者相应的风险偏好，不同的人适合不同的产品。但是银行理财的风险并不一定比信托类产品低，特别是当理财产品的大部分资金都投向信托、资管计划时。
