经济下行的情况下政信项目是否还能投资？

最近，理财市场上弥漫着一股悲观的情绪，尤其是政府融资平台。

10月30日，某信托自媒体披露，XX信托发布了“XX信托集合资金计划”项目违约公告，借款人为某某有限公司，因融资人尚未支付信托本息，该信托计划将延期，相应信托利益分配将顺延。这个事件被标题党拟定为首个政信项目违约，也是国内首个省会城市基础设施项目的违约事件，如果不能顺利解决，可以说是对金融政信业务的重大挑战。

大家不禁会提出疑问：

以往被认为是中低风险的政信项目，它还安全吗？

近两年投资市场环境下行，时值2019年尾，但相信广大投资者对2018年市场的惨状仍记忆忧心。首先进入投资者脑海的当属股市上千股跌停,股价跌跌不休,股票投资者成了被割的“韭菜”。股市遇冷还同时导致不少公募基金市值大幅度缩水,基民同样损失惨重。不仅股市惨淡,123只违约债券、1198.51亿元的违约金额,也给债券投资者留下了难以磨灭的印象。另外,P2P频频暴雷,广大投资者血本无归的情况大量出现。投资者寻求安稳可能会存入银行,但是市场普遍预计,银行存款利率跑不过通货膨胀率。

那么在市场惨淡、经济下行的环境中，政信项目是否还值得投资者持续青睐呢？

进元财富认为,投资政信项目是当今金融市场前景不明朗情况下较为合理的选择。这是因为,一般而言政信项目投资的都是政府投入较大的项目,比如基建项目和民生项目。

据媒体报道,2018年四季度千亿基建项目获批,基建投资补短板加码。根据2018年中央经济工作会议确定内容,2019年要抓好的重点工作任务就包括加强保障和改善民生。本年度2019年更是放宽了地方债务限制，加速地方政府公开债务发行。

在国内经济缺乏动力的情况下，基础设施建设仍然是经济发展不可或缺的动力之一，所以政信项目符合国家大政方针要求,发展前景良好,同时还款有保障,值得投资人投资。
