集合信托要权衡风险和收益

近年来，集合信托产品预期收益率持续下降，平均收益率步入“7”时代。另一方面，部分高收益信托产品甚至出现迅速售罄、额度难求的情况。如何理解这样的情况？是集合信托产品迎来“高光”时刻？还是背后有难言的“苦衷”呢？

　　事实上，集合信托仍是现阶段市场上较为理想的投资产品之一。长期而言，虽然受货币政策持续宽松、经济增长持续承压、企业融资需求收缩影响，集合信托平均预期收益率预计将继续呈现下行的趋势，但仍有优势。

不过，对于信托公司来说，所面临的“资产荒”也是实实在在的。近期，新时代信托“清空”官方财富中心产品被解读为信托“资产荒”的一个较为极端的案例。新时代信托透露，财富中心没有产品信息系新时代信托没有新的信托产品发售，但已经发行的信托产品仍在正常运行及兑付，至于什么时间上线新产品目前还没有确定。

　　今年以来，基于政府信用和城投债信仰，基础产业类信托受到了推荐。但伴随着地方政府负债成本下降的大趋势，有多个政信项目已提前结束。

　　在市场流动性充裕，利率下行的大环境下，“资产荒”意味着回报高的优质资产越来越少。从投资者角度看，即使找到了好的信托项目，收益也会偏低，吸引力相对没有之前那么大。这对于很多习惯直接购买信托享受非标固收产品较高收益的投资者来说是难以适应的。

　　另外，所谓的“高收益”能持续多久还不一定，投资者在把握住现阶段投资机会的同时也要切记不能忽视风险。
