信托业净利润连续两年负增长 转型期营运成本提高

云南信托近日发布报告对2019年信托公司盈利能力进行分析。报告显示，截至5月7日，除个别信托公司申请延迟公布年报外，66家信托公司已公布2019年年报。报告指出，信托行业净利润已经连续两年负增长，信托公司转型时期的营运成本支出提高。

　　2019年，66家信托公司营业收入总额1143.44亿元，较2019年的1021.91亿元增加11.89%。大部分信托公司营收增速在10%-50%区间，行业整体营收扭转2018年增长颓势。

具体来看，排名营收规模前五的公司分别是中信信托、华能信托、平安信托、中融信托、光大信托。营收增速方面，得益于自营长期股权投资的产生的收益，国联信托以259.14%增速成为行业增长最快的信托公司，光大信托以96.57%的增速排名行业第二。

　　报告指出，2019年，信托业固有业务收入与信托业务收入均出现不同程度的增加，固有收入增长速度优于信托收入。2019年，信托业务收入为811.33亿元，同比增长5.4%，扭转2018年行业负增长的局面；固有业务收入332.37亿元，同比增长31.69%；行业固有业务投资收益率为5.44%，比2018年上升0.96个百分点，收益率同比增长27.27%，固有业务投资收益率增加。

　　行业净利润方面，2019年66家信托公司共实现净利润536.64亿元，与2018年的545.41亿元相比减少1.61%，但相比2018年的-13.80%的增速，净利润下滑的速度有所减缓。2018年以来，信托行业的净利润已经连续两年负增长。

　　从各家信托公司的净利润情况来看，有38家公司实现正增长，28家公司出现负增长。中信信托以24.25亿元的净利润位居依然首位，但是净利润同比下降7.09%。五矿信托与光大信托成为新进入行业前10位的信托公司，外贸信托、中融信托下滑明显，退出行业前十的位置。

　　净利润增速方面，国联信托以356.66%高增速位居行业第一，山西信托(175.73%)和中粮信托(142.63%)增速排名分别为第二和第三。华融信托2019年净利润同比下滑864.86%，成为2019年净利润下滑最为显著的信托公司。

　　报告还指出，2019年信托业人均创收能力为919.21万元/人，同比增加3.81%；人均净利润为244.23万元/人，同比下滑11.19%。相比2018年，行业整体业务人员创收能力有所上升，但是人均净利润有所下降，说明信托公司转型时期的营运成本支出提高。
