国家金融监督管理36家派出机构今日统一挂牌！

       今年3月，中共中央、国务院印发《党和国家机构改革方案》，提出组建国家金融监督管理总局，统一负责除证券业之外的金融业监管，强化机构监管、行为监管、功能监管、穿透式监管、持续监管，统筹负责金融消费者权益保护，加强风险管理和防范处置，依法查处违法违规行为，作为国务院直属机构。


       国家金融监督管理总局在银保监会基础上组建，将中国人民银行对金融控股公司等金融集团的日常监管职责、有关金融消费者保护职责，证监会的投资者保护职责划入国家金融监督管理总局。与此同时，不再保留银保监会。


       7月19日傍晚，北京金城坊南街原北京银保监局办公楼前看到，“中国银行保险监督管理委员会北京监管局”牌子已被摘下，楼前标牌处已被红布盖上，现场工作人员正在挂出新的标牌。


       日前国家金融监督管理总局部署各省、市派出机构于7月20日上午10：00统一挂牌。


       7月20日上午10：00，在国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局挂牌现场看到，北京局党委班子，副处级及以上级别干部出席了挂牌仪式。


       国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局相关领导发表讲话时表示，要深入践行“恪尽职守、敢于监管、精于监管、严格问责”的监管精神；着力打造一支政治过硬、作风优良、业务精通、贴近市场的金融队伍；按照国家金融监督管理总局统一要求做好机构改革工作，认真落实国家金融监督管理总局党委各项工作要求。


       国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局相关领导讲话结束后，北京监管局人士积极和“国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局”合影留念。


       挂牌仪式结束后，36地监管局网站也进行了更新。
