       7月10日，“金融吉安”（吉安市人民政府金融工作办公室）发布《关于中城投控股集团（深圳）有限公司及其关联公司涉嫌非法集资的风险提示》。消息显示，接群众举报反映，中城投控股集团（深圳）有限公司及其关联公司天津市通达信诚贸易有限公司、深圳市前海瞰地资产管理有限公司等机构，未经国家金融管理部门依法许可，以所谓的“项目收益权”“股权收益权”在外省某金融资产交易所挂牌交易，由外省某场外市场清算中心负责资金清算为噱头，以承诺固定回报的方式，面对不特定对象违法违规发行理财产品，并签订《股权收益权转让合同》和《某收益权转让系列产品协议》，已出现兑付风险并涉嫌非法集资。  


       向广大市民朋友温馨提示：国务院《防范和处置非法集资条例》规定，非法集资是指未经国务院金融管理部门依法许可或者违反国家金融管理规定，以许诺还本付息或者给予其他投资回报等方式，向不特定对象吸收资金的行为。以在金融资产交易所挂牌或所谓的“国企”、“央企”背景为噱头，向社会公众发行所谓的理财产品，均属于涉嫌非法集资的违法犯罪行为。请广大市民朋友莫轻信所谓的“国企”、“央企”背景和“无风险、高回报”的虚假承诺，捂紧自己的钱袋子，理性选择投资渠道，做好自身财富的守护者。若已参加中城投控股集团（深圳）有限公司及其关联公司相关投资集资行为的，请于2023年7月25日前携身份证件、投资合同和资金转账记录复印件到属地防范和处置非法集资牵头部门登记。
