两家信托公司关键进展：兑付方案正在上报！

       成都大运会将于7月28日晚8点举行，开幕倒计时10天。


       大运会举办前夕，7月19日，四川信托官网披露的最新工作进展指出，在各方指导和支持下，四川信托风险处置工作取得关键进展。相关中介机构已完成专项尽调和评估，更新盘实了资产底数。目前，风险处置方案已形成并按程序报送。下一步，监管工作组将进一步支持具有实力的国有企业依法参与风险处置相关工作，力争早日平稳化解四川信托风险。


       据现场沟通的投资人得到的消息，四川信托的风险化解方案已经上报，是参考其他信托公司的风险化解方案。


       而在四川信托官网发布的《工作进展情况通报（2023年5月23日）》中，风险处置方案正进一步完善，由此可见：四川信托的风险处置方案是在近2个月形成并上报的。5月23日的具体表述是“牵头重组方在前期工作基础上，根据中介机构尽调评估情况，正进一步完善风险处置方案，加快推进风险处置进程，力争早日依法平稳化解四川信托风险。”


       除了四川信托外，华信信托股份有限公司（简称“华信信托”）也在加快制定风险处置整体方案。


       2023年6月9日委托人情况说明会上，华信信托称：“关于配合风险处置整体方案的制定工作，公司正在积极配合政府工作组加快推进风险处置整体方案的制定工作，具体工作正在逐项落实当中。”


       6月30日委托人情况说明会上，华信信托又称“当前正处在整体风险处置方案制订的关键期，需要各种数据情况固化。目前如进行信托受益权转让，将牵较多精力，势必无法固化数据，拖延整体方案的最终定稿。因此，暂缓资金分配。根据工作组指导意见，如今年7月底之前，风险置整体方案仍不能上报，再研究信托底层资产回款分配事宜。”


       据小编消息，华信信托正在紧锣密鼓地研究制定风险置整体方案，和四川信托一样也是参照其他信托公司的模板，预计最迟下周上报。
