曾用名被“碰瓷”！国投信托发布声明！

       国投泰康信托被“碰瓷”的是曾用名，国投泰康信托已向市场监管部门提起投诉，国投泰康信托“严正声明”表示，发现不法分子通过伪造材料等方式，冒用公司信息进行登记，将“商投能运（海南）投资有限公司”注册为“国投弘泰信托投资有限公司”的子公司，损害了公司合法权益，干扰了正常的公司登记注册秩序。


       据悉，“国投弘泰信托投资有限公司”系国投泰康信托于2004年10月19日至2006年10月23日期间的曾用名。具体来看，冒名登记企业信息为“商投能运（海南）投资有限公司”，成立日期为2022年11月21日，法定代表人为“李帅”，股东认缴出资为1亿元。


       查询国家企业信用信息公示系统，“国投弘泰信托投资有限公司”登记显示为“迁出”。


       国投泰康信托表示，经核实，上述公司为假冒国企，与国投泰康信托无任何隶属或股权关系，也不存在任何投资合作、业务等关系，其一切行为均与公司无关。公司已向市场监督管理部门提起投诉，请社会各界提高警惕，注意防范风险，如发现其违法犯罪行为，请尽快到公安机关报案。


       国投泰康信托注册地在北京，注册资本金26.705亿元，实际控制人为大型央企：国家开发投资集团。


       现有股东4家，分别为：


       国投资本控股：持股比例61.29%；


       泰康保险集团：持股比例27.06%；


       悦达资本：持股比例8.20%；


       泰康资产：持股比例3.45%。


       值得注意的是，这不是国投泰康信托第一次被假冒国企“碰瓷”。


       2022年7月，国投信托公司发布公告称，接到举报，有不法分子冒用“国投”名义，通过“国投集团资助平台”和社交软件“微核”等平台，发布虚假募资项目信息进行诈骗，并在投资后引导投资人注册“国投财富”APP，企图混淆视听。
