       信托产品主要由三方构成融资方，信托公司和投资者，信托公司在其中扮演者重要的角色，信托公司作为产品的发行方和管理方，那么信托公司主要是干什么的？又有哪些职责呢？下面关于这个问题将为大家详细解读。


       信托公司是指依照《中华人民共和国公司法》和《信托公司管理办法》设立，主要经营信托业务的金融机构。


       大多数投资都知道信托业和银行业，保险业，证券业并称中国四大金融支柱，信托业在2008年后快速发展，每年增涨规模达到万亿，即使在“严监管”“去通道”的极端金融行业环境下，信托业的资产管理规模任然达到20.38万亿。


       信托作公司为正规金融机构，全国只要68家，且以后只会减少不会增多，因为国家相关部门已经停止下发信托牌照，信托牌照在业界戏称“百亿牌照”。

              

       在目前金融机构中信托公司是唯一一家能够同时投资货币市场，资本市场与实业投资领域的金融公司。也是唯一一个能够自由同时展开贷款与投资的综合经营的金融机构。


       信托公司普遍注册资本在100亿以上，实际控制人大多数都是地方政府，央企，实力强大的金融机构和民营企业，目前每家信托公司管理的信托资产规模都在千亿以上，资产实力强大。


       信托公司在信托产品主要担任前期尽职调查工作，产品风险控制，中期全程监控资金动向，后续发生风险事件及时协调处理，确保投资者权益。


       信托公司发行的信托产品只能面向合格投资者募捐，投资门槛多为100万起步，且属于私募产品，无法在公开市场发行，因此信托很少被人熟知。
